WPC EXTRUTION

With special designed screw, barrel,  mould, processing technique and corresponding profile auxiliary machines, this line can produce wood-plastic composite products made of PE, PP, PVC matrix materials. Wood-plastic products are a new type of environment-friendly material, extruded with plastic and wood fiber. By using natural wood fiber as its fillings, the extruded products have a wood-like texture. Wood-plastic products are widely used in outdoor landscape, indoor decorating, and other civil and industrial applications. Customers can choose different extruders and moulds based on production needs.

WPC profiles are fire-resistant, water-proof, UV-resistant, decay-proof, damp-proof, sound – proof. It is easy to use, can be sawing, drilling, nail-holding, painting, and Routing.
